Product Introduction
The ZKR linear screen equipment is a new series of vibrating screening equipment innovatively developed based on the absorption of foreign vibrating screens in response to modern needs. It is a high-molecular innovative device derived from the linear vibrating screen (linear screen). It is widely used in industries such as sand plants, abrasives, chemical engineering, medicine, building materials, grain, carbon, fertilizers, refractory materials, light industry, and mining.
Advantages and characteristics
The multi-layer screen produces several specifications of materials on and off the screen, which are discharged from their respective outlets.
2. The mesh loading structure of the linear screen ensures no mixing of grades or material flow.
3. This equipment can provide 24-hour non-stop operation to ensure output and quality.
4. It features low energy consumption, high output, simple structure and easy maintenance.
5. It operates smoothly and reliably with low noise and is convenient for maintenance and repair.
Working principle
When the two vibrating motors installed longitudinally on the screen body operate relatively, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the two vibrating motors generate the rated excitation force. The excitation forces generated in the transverse direction cancel each other out due to the relative operation of the motors. The longitudinal excitation force is transmitted to the entire screen box through the vibration transmission body, causing the screen surface to vibrate. This causes the materials on the screen surface to be stimulated by the vibration force and jump towards the discharged products on the screen surface. Materials smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen holes and fall to the lower layer. After continuous jumping, they flow out from the discharge port. Due to the reasonable screening process, after the materials are classified by the vibrating screen, several materials of different particle sizes can be obtained, completing the classification operation of the materials.
